Business Development Manager

Job Description:

  • To develop and promote the sale of company’s services to Architects, Structure & MEPF Engineering design companies, infrastructure project developers and contractors in USA, UK, Europe, Australia & India.
  • Development of prospect pipeline through identification and focused research.
  • Responsible for Lead Generation.
  • Oversee Marketing campaigns
  • To understand customer needs and prepare suitable solutions, organize and submit proposals & negotiate contracts.
  • To coordinate with various business verticals for submission of proposals.
  • To manage the client accounts and coordinate various activities for successful execution of orders / contracts.
  • Candidate Profile Must be a graduate engineer /architect preferably with post-graduation in business management. Minimum 2-8 years of experience in business development in an engineering / design / consultancy or construction organisation.
  • Should have the knowledge of MEP & architectural work in construction industry. Must be familiar with latest technologies in construction industry such as BIM (Building Information Modeling 3D/4D/5D) etc.
  • Creation and execution of Email based marketing campaigns.
  • Pitching BIM services.
  • Must be initiative taking with excellent communication skills.
  • Work involves global clients; the candidate must have exposure to international business particularly USA, Europe and Australia.

 

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • Experience in sales or project management in architecture/engineering services including cold calling, meeting with clients, and making sales presentations.
  • Proven ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
  • Experience across the entire sales cycle in the Outsourcing/Off-shoring business model.
  • Willingness to travel, ability to work independently, self-motivated and results-driven.

 

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in Architecture or any Engineering discipline.
  • Post-Graduate with specialization in Management/Business will be an advantage.
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in International Sales / Business Development for Architecture/Engineering services (e.g. Architecture, BIM, Structural Engineering, and MEP Services).
