  • In the construction industry, quality is a measure of excellence in how well a finished building meets the owner and end user’s needs and requirements. Whether you’re a building owner, architect, contractor, or construction manager, quality is the primary goal of any construction project you undertake.

    Construction is one of the industries that contributes significantly to negative impact in terms of material, workmanship and quality of building. It is common for construction projects to have some failure and defects, but it may bring negative impact toward cost, duration and construction parties’ status.

    Let’s be honest: for many of us, the term “quality assessment” conjures up visions of box-ticking exercises and stacks of paperwork. But in reality, most of us within construction use a range of quality assessment procedures in our jobs every day.

    Quality assessment services in the construction industry is a system or method to measure and evaluate the quality of workmanship of a construction work based on the relevant approved standard. This assessment sets out the standard on quality of workmanship for various construction elements of building and infrastructure construction work. The assessment is carried out in various stages, Structural, Architectural, MEP and External works.
